Made famous for well manicured flow parks, perpetual spring-like conditions, and sunny skies, Bear Mountain is a gem located a mere 90 minutes from Newport Beach, CA. After spending 6 days at Bear, we saw everything from east coast flat light, to flawless blue bird days, and even a storm that left 3ft of fresh in 12 hours.

Above, Phil disasters through the dense fog, landing in the exact same body position on the lower part of the rail. Sick right? Now if we could only figure out how to navigate those fine ladies of Newport….! .
