WHEN WAS THE FIRST TIME YOU SAW SNOW?
I was lucky enough to grow up in the middle of the austrian mountains. I was born in December, so most likely in the first days of my life.

WHATS IN YOUR GEAR BAG?
Definitely a JJ in 185cm. And the THall promodel bindings from Peak/Tyrolia. A few t-shirts from armada, black pants and one of the fresh jackets.

WHAT WAS YOUR HIGH FROM THIS PAST SEASON OF 10/11?
Riding powder with my friends.

AND THE LOW?
Disruption of my menisci beginning of march.

FAVORITE SKIER OF THIS PAST SEASON?
Sammy Carlson, T-Hall, Eric Pollard, Pep Fujas. It makes you happy when you see these guys riding.

HOW WOULD SOMEONE ELSE DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE?
I hope they describe my style as smooth. I think the biggest part is to see the passion out of your skiing.

INFLUENCES IN SKIING:
The crew around Eric Pollard. Their movies are full of spirit. It gives you a good feeling when you´re watching their movies and episodes. They present skiing as a way of life.

WORST TREND IN SKIING?
There are a lot of different trends, tight jeans, no poles, extremely baggy t-shirts… whatever, different trends make skiing more interesting and individual. We should have fun out there.

WHAT WAS THE MOMENT OF THE BIGGEST BREAKTHROUGH IN YOUR SKIING PROGRESSION?
I got a call from Klaus Denkmayr (Austrian Armada Rep), if I was interested to ride for Armada Skis. That was an incredible day. To be a part of the ARMADA family is just amazing. I am really proud to be on this team.

INFLUENCES OUTSIDE OF SKIING?
Cooking, nature

WHAT WAS YOUR MOST INTERESTING JOB EVER?
I had the chance to work in Abu Dhabi as a chef. And through our work we had lots of opportunities to see the Arabic Emirates.

BEST NON SKIING RELATED TRIP YOU’VE EVER BEEN ON AND WHY?
I went to Sweden for a boat trip.

Renault Laguna, built in 95. We called it “the Ferrari”. Unfortunately I crashed the car in an accident.
