When I was a little older and left my gear bag outside unzipped overnight. Snowed a foot and half that night. haha

Backcountry

WHAT WAS YOUR HIGH FROM THIS PAST SEASON OF 10/11?
When I was Invited by T-Hall to come film and shred at Retallack with Inspired Media for a month!

AND THE LOW?
My snowmobile broke down halfway through the season this year.

FAVORITE SKIER OF THIS PAST SEASON?
Phil Casabon. Because of the stuff he’s done this season with the B&E show creating new styles and new tricks no one else has thought of. Really dig the skate lines and catching tranny’s even after he’s hit a rail.

FILMING CREW, AND WHAT MAKES THEM YOUR CHOICE TO WORK WITH?
Inspired Media because of the awesome crew of riders and filmers. The Crew is motivated and doing stuff differently from any other film companies.   INFLUENCES IN SKIING:
Tanner Hall, Candide Thovex, Liam Downey, Brady Perron, Mike Hornbeck, Sammy Carlson and all my friends that I ride with!  WORST TREND IN SKIING?
Tight Pants.

WHAT WAS THE MOMENT OF THE BIGGEST BREAKTHROUGH IN YOUR SKIING PROGRESSION?
When I learned my first cork 7 growing up. I remember I couldn’t do it till someone gave me a tip of looking over my shoulder off the take off. Was so stoked and after that I picked up fast on more off axis tricks.

WHATS PLAYING IN YOUR CAR AND ON YOUR HEADPHONES WHEN YOU RIDE?
Cali P, Vybz Kartel, Lil Wayne, and some Notorious B.I.G   SKI PIPE & SLOPESTYLE IS OLYMPIC IN 2014.

HOW DOES THAT GRAB YOU?
So stoked it’s in the Olympics! Hope I get on the team but either way it’ll be a sick event to watch skiers and snowboarders and not just snowboarding halfpipe every 4 years.

INFLUENCES OUTSIDE OF SKIING?
My family, skateboarding and snowboarding.

WHAT WAS YOUR MOST INTERESTING JOB EVER?
Worked as a prep cook at PF Changs.

BEST NON SKIING RELATED TRIP YOU’VE EVER BEEN ON AND WHY? When I went with my family to Moab. Hiked on some really cool trails.

THE THING YOU DISLIKE THE MOST?
People who eves drop.

DO YOU HAVE ANY RITUALS?
Whenever I drive over a cattle guard I lift my feet up for good luck. haha

Frisbee Golf, skateboarding and jumping on tramps if that’s a sport. haha

Be responsible for your own stuff. Made sure I knew where my stuff was at all times.
